Regional artist Victoria Adams has gained a national reputation for her meditative landscape paintings. Billowy clouds colorfully fill her pristine skies, beautifully hinting dusk or dawn, storm or calm. Adam's creates a world unadulterated by man's prescence, subtly lamenting our lost relationship with nature.
Adam's work was recently featured in Shifting Ground: Transformed Views of the American Landscape, in the critically successful show at Winston Wachter in New York. She has presented three one-person shows at the Elizabeth Leach Gallery.
