Julia Mangold
Julia Mangold is a Munich-born minimalist artist whose work explores shape, form and materiality. Her sculpture and works on paper are at once rigorous and formal while simultaneously sensuous. Mangold has exhibited nationally and internationally and her work is included in the collections of the Busch-Reisinger Museum, Harvard University (Cambridge, MA), Yale University Art Museum (New Haven, CT), Museum of Fine Arts Houston (Houston, TX), the Museum of Modern Art (New York, NY) and the Deutscher Bundestag (Berlin, Germany). In 2015, Mangold was the subject of a solo exhibition at the Mies van der Rohe Haus in Berlin, Germany.
