Elizabeth Leach partnered with an art collector to acquire a building in the Pearl District, then Portland’s emerging arts and culture district. After a beautiful renovation designed by Randy Higgins and a permanent installation of a site-specific work by Light and Space artist Hap Tivey, the Gallery moved into its current location at 417 NW Ninth Avenue in December.
